I’m Salvatore Roveccio, a husband, father, and Real Estate agent. For me, real estate is more than just a career- it’s a passion. I love helping people find their dream homes and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible to achieve their personal goals of home buying or selling.

When I’m not working, I love spending time in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes, exploring different cuisines and there is nothing better than sharing a good meal with friends and family. My love for cooking is matched by my enthusiasm for coffee, more specifically espresso. For me, coffee is more than just a beverage. It’s a passion, an art form, and a source of pure joy. When it comes to espresso nothing beats the feeling of hand selecting the perfect beans, grinding them just right, and extracting a perfectly balanced shot of coffee, there are many contributing factors. The fine attention to detail, in the size of the grind, the origin of the bean, the temperature of the water, and the amount of water pressure can take you on a journey of flavors, aromas and even different textures. Whether I’m making a cup for myself or sharing with others, I know that every step I take and my attention to detail to create that perfect cup is worth it, because the end result is simply magical.

You can also catch me indulging in some of my other interests – watching soccer and mixed martial arts matches. Soccer has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, being the first sport, I was introduced to, it quickly became a big part of my childhood. I spent countless hours playing with friends and practicing on my own, which taught me the values of teamwork and perseverance. As I grew older, I discovered mixed martial arts and was immediately drawn to the intense physical and mental demand of the sport. The dedication and commitment required to succeed in mixed martial arts is truly inspiring and has taught me the importance of pushing through adversity.

I attended Advance Creative Learning School of Real Estate, where I successfully graduated. There I was able to gather knowledge of real estate and successfully move on to obtain my license. Prior to my career in Real Estate, I attended and graduated amongst the top of my class from Eastwick College with a degree in Applied Sciences in the field of Occupational Therapy, holding a national license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

I bring along with me a wealth of knowledge in healthcare management, having worked in various settings providing excellent care and customer services for my clients. Going above and beyond to ensure their goals are met, providing them with the comfort of communicating at every step of the process. I believe that success in the field of healthcare management requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication, and a deep commitment to patient care. Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and community partners and have demonstrated my ability to build consensus, negotiate effectively, and deliver results. My experiences have honed my ability to empathize with clients and understand their unique needs, enabling me to provide 100% satisfaction in customer service in the real estate industry.
